Jose Horak, DMD
Dr. Jose Horak was born and raised in Portugal. His decision to pursue a career in dentistry was made at a very young age. Listening to patients and treating patients with compassion is one of his primary commitments. In today’s climate of impersonal managed healthcare, when you visit our office you will experience a level of personal attention that is unique to our practice philosophy.
Dr. Horak attended Central Connecticut State University, graduating with a Bachelors degree in Biomolecular Science with honors. It was at the Central Connecticut State University that he met his wife and best friend, Amanda, to whom he has been married for over 10 years.
Dr. Horak completed his degree of Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (D.M.D) with honors from The University of Connecticut in Farmington, Connecticut.
Following dental school, he completed a rigorous residency program in Advanced General Dentistry at the University of Florida. Dr. Horak completed additional training at both the prestigious Dawson Academy for Advanced Dental Study and at the Implant Educators comprehensive dental implant continuum.
With the constantly evolving field of dentistry, his focus is on education, innovation and advancing his skill development to provide the highest quality dental care to his patients. Our comprehensive dental approach is carefully crafted to treat all levels of oral healthcare in order to provide you the care and the commitment that you deserve.
Dr. Horak received his Fellowship status with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Dr. Horak serves as a dentist for the Air Force Reserves at Homestead Air Reserve Base.
When he is not practicing dentistry, Dr. Horak can be found spending time with his lovely wife Amanda, son Mateo and furry goldendoodle daughter Zoey.
